It`s Spot Prawn Season! At Fairmont Pacific Rim we are proud to only serve Oranic Oceans sustainably caught spot prawns replenished daily from the boat to the dock, to the table top! For the Month of May ORU is celebrating and cooking up some Spot Prawn features.
